I recently had the pleasure of working with Karen Green in your office when I listed and sold my house on Barrie Avenue with your office. It was necessary for me to sell very quickly due to family illness and as you know, in this economy my chances weren't very good. I chose to work with Karen because had helped a good friend of mine sell her house in Killearn after other Realtors had failed at selling it for more than a year. I couldn't have made a better choice because my Realtor has now turned into a life long friend.

I had spent the past five years traveling back and forth between my parent's house in Virginia and my home in Tallahassee. As you can guess, my own home was neglected and I didn't have a clue as to how to get in shape for sale. Karen came to see me, sat and listened to my story, and then made a list for me of everything I would need to get done to the house to get it ready for sale. Not only did she help me organize the schedule, she helped me find the right contractors to get the job done. And when I couldn't be there to oversee the work, she made sure it got done correctly and on time.

Almost immediately after my house was listed, it became necessary for me to leave town again to care for my mom and dad. Shortly after I returned to Virginia, my father passed away. When I contacted Karen, she asked me to make a list of everything I needed help with on my house and then she took care of every last detail. If I didn't already know that I was in the right hands, I knew it then.

There really aren't adequate words to express how grateful I am for the help and support Karen provided. I am still thankful everyday that I called her and I can't wait to come back home again so that she can sell me the house of my dreams.

Joann Jacobs was very honest and knows her business well. It was quite refreshing to speak with her. She actually cared about me and didn't just try to get a contract signed. She will be my agent in the future.
