I would like to express my appreciation for the way Deborah Listed and Sole our home at 8889 Glen Abby Drive in Golden Eagle.  She went the extra mile to accomplish the Sale with several minor home repairs that were required by contract or at the request of the buyer.  Deborah provided us status, sometimes daily on every detail while we were out of town by email or by phone calls.  This was greatly appreciated since there were several thousand dollars of repairs required to keep the Buyer happy.  Her attitude was always very positive and she was always proactive to assist with the details.
