I am a native of North Florida. I grew up in Monticello, FL, lived in Tallahassee for over 25 years, and I now reside in Havana. I received my Florida real estate salesman license in the early 1980 and my broker license in 1988. I am returned to real estate as a broker associate after a career in marketing, communication, and development. My experience in these fields is an additional benefit for my clients; I am adept at communicating, marketing, and providing professional service to my clients. Having owned an advertising and marketing firm for 20 plus years has allowed me to stay in the forefront of new and innovative marketing techniques which provides an extra benefit for my clients.
I served as Executive Officer of the Tallahassee Builders Association for over five years. As a result, I attained extensive knowledge regarding new home construction, renovation, and remodeling. I was on board when green building became an option in new home construction and remodeling and worked closely with the city and county to provide incentives for builders and homeowners to utilize green building options and techniques in their construction plans.
I attended North Florida Community College in Madison, FL and graduated with a bachelor of science degree in Mass Communication from Florida State University with a minor in Business Administration.
